Brass photo etching is a chemical process where the designs are transferred on a brass metal base. This process enables for highly detailed
designs and significantly reduces the thickness of the material. This method is generally used for larger sized designs because it has
a lower cost than the stamping/strucking processes.
The coloring is given by soft enamel and these lapel pins are normally finished with a coat of clear epoxy.
All special processes that we have available for lapel pins can be applied in junction with brass photoetching. These includes glow in the dark pins, flashing lights, glittering, pin-on-pin, pvc inserts, lenticular inserts, etching and lasering on lapel pins.
